I am a certified yoga teacher, and advanced as an Ayurvedic health coach, give energy healings and sound baths. Besides that I work 1:1 in breathwork and guided meditations.
I'm a full time life enjoyer, who is deeply in love with the ocean and on a greater mission; to see a world full of happier, healthier humans. I aim to deepen my knowledge and skills through connecting with like-minded spirits, to inspire and empower people to lead a healthier, and more mindful life, where everyone feels welcomed and dignified.
